If your teacher is late or cancels

You always get your hour back, and in some cases a bonus hour too.

If your teacher cancels

8 hours or more before the session: your hour goes back to your package.
Less than 8 hours before: your hour goes back and you get 1 bonus hour, unless the cause was unavoidable, such as a power cut. You can get at most 2 of these bonus hours per level.

Up to 5 minutes: on time.
6 to 10 minutes: for every 2 such times with you, you get 1 bonus hour, after our operations team reviews them.
11 to 15 minutes: 1 bonus hour each time.
More than 15 minutes: the session is cancelled as a teacher no-show. Your hour goes back, plus 1 bonus hour.

Bonus hours are added to your package and used like any other hour. They have no cash value and expire with the package.
