Changing your teacher

You can ask for another teacher at any time. Each package has its own teacher, and one level is taught by at most 2 teachers.

Asking for another teacher

1. Open My packages. 2. On the package, open Change my teacher. 3. Choose why. Some reasons appear only when they apply to your classes:

• you were not comfortable after your first class;
• your teacher missed your first class;
• your teacher missed 2 classes in the level;
• your teacher cancelled more than 2 classes in the level;
• another reason (tell us briefly why).

4. Select Send my request.

You can send one request per package at a time, and you can withdraw it while we review it.

What happens next

Our team reviews your request and tells you what we decided, by email and in your notifications.

• If we change your teacher, your booked classes keep their times with the new teacher whenever the new teacher can take them.
• A class the new teacher cannot take is cancelled and its hour goes back to your package, so you can book it again.
• If you were not comfortable after your first class, the hour of that class can be added back to your package.
• Sometimes we ask you to choose your next teacher yourself when you book.

When OTO changes your teacher

OTO may also change your teacher, for example when the teacher misses or cancels classes, is no longer available, or after a quality review. We always tell you why.
