Cancelling or rescheduling a session

Cancel or move a session from your Schedule: otocourses.app/en/app/schedule

8 hours or more before the session

• Cancel or reschedule, and the hour stays in your package.
• You can do this twice per level (each 8-hour level). A reschedule counts as one change.

Less than 8 hours before

• The session can be cancelled but not moved, and the hour is used.
• The app warns you before you confirm.

Night hours

Bookings can't be changed between 12 midnight and 8 am, Cairo time. If you need to change an early-morning session, do it before midnight.

Used both changes?

Once you've used your 2 changes in a level, you can't cancel or move more sessions in that level yourself, and they stay booked. If something unexpected comes up, message us on WhatsApp.

Not going to make it at all? Cancelling late still uses the hour, the same as missing the session, but it doesn't count as a no-show.
