Arriving late to a class

Lateness is measured from the session's start time to the moment you join the classroom.

• Up to 5 minutes: you're on time.
• 6 to 20 minutes late: the session goes ahead but still ends at its scheduled time, so you lose the minutes you missed.
• More than 20 minutes: the session ends automatically as a missed session (a no-show), and the hour is used.

Avoid it

• The classroom opens 10 minutes before the start. Join early to check your camera, microphone and connection.
• If you know you can't make it, cancel at least 8 hours ahead and the hour stays in your package.
