Weekly and daily booking limits

A few limits apply when you book. They keep your learning steady and your teacher's schedule fair for everyone.

With the same instructor

• At most 2 sessions a day.
• At most 6 sessions a week. The week runs from Sunday to Saturday, Cairo time.

Instructors per level

You can have at most 2 different instructors per sub-level, for example C1.1. A new sub-level starts a new count.

Other limits

• You can't have two sessions at the same time.
• You can't book inside a freeze, or a session that would end after your package expires.
• Next month's times open on the 21st.
• After two missed sessions in a row, booking is paused until our team talks to you.

If a time is refused, the booking page tells you which rule applies.
