What you need for live classes

Classes run in your web browser, in OTO's own classroom. You need:

• A computer or a phone with a camera and a microphone. A computer gives you the best view; on a phone, the two videos stack and the slides open as a link.
• A stable internet connection.
• Headphones, for the best sound.
• A quiet place where you won't be interrupted.

Camera and microphone

Allow them when the browser asks. If you blocked them by mistake, allow them from the browser's address bar, then reload the page. Close other apps that use the camera, such as Teams or Zoom.

If you can't connect

• Check your connection and press Join again.
• If you dropped out of a class, press Rejoin.
• If the page says the class isn't open yet, it opens 10 minutes before the start.
