Is OTOCourses.app down? The status page

The status page shows whether OTOCourses.app is working right now: otocourses.app/en/status

What it shows

• Each part of the platform: the website and sign-in, live classes, payments, emails and WhatsApp messages, AI features, daily reading, and recordings and files. Each shows Working, Limited or Down.
• Ongoing incidents: what is affected and since when.
• Past incidents from the last 90 days.

We check every service every 5 minutes. When one stops working, it appears on the status page within about 10 minutes, and a short banner at the top of every page links to it. When the service works again, the incident closes on its own and the banner disappears. Our team is told straight away.

If something is not working

1. Open the status page. If the problem is listed there, we already know and are working on it. 2. If it is not listed, report the problem from the help button, or contact us.

Classes that a problem prevented are handled under the usual rules for missed and cancelled classes.
