Joining your class

Classes take place in OTO's own online classroom, in your web browser. There's nothing to install.

How to join

• Open My classes (otocourses.app/en/app) or your Schedule, and press Join on your class.
• The classroom opens 10 minutes before the start and stays open until the end.
• Allow your camera and microphone when the browser asks, then press Join the class.

In the classroom

You see your teacher's video large and yours small. You can mute, turn your camera off and open the slides your teacher is using. If the other person isn't there yet, you'll see "Waiting for the other person to join".

Tips

• Use headphones for the best sound.
• Sit somewhere quiet, with a stable connection.
• If you leave or drop out, press Rejoin.

Every class is recorded, and the recording stays available for 30 days.
