Unpaid orders

When you place an order, it waits 24 hours for your payment. After that it expires, and you start a new order from the course page.

Find your order

Open orders are listed on the Packages page, under Orders, marked "waiting for payment", with a Pay now button: otocourses.app/en/app/packages

The checkout page also shows the date and time to pay by.

Already transferred?

Send your receipt with the order number to us on WhatsApp (+20 104 001 6861) straight away, so our finance team can match it. Your package starts once finance confirms the payment. If your order shows as expired but you have already paid, send us the receipt anyway and we'll sort it out.

Paid twice by mistake?

If you pay twice for the same order, the second payment is refunded and your hours stay the same. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number.
