Changing your package's course

If your package's course no longer fits (for example you bought General English and need Business English), our team can move it to another course. Contact support from the help widget or WhatsApp.

How your hours move

• The hours you have not used are priced by the two courses' prices for your package size, on what you paid.
• Same price: your hours move one for one.
• The new course costs more: your hours left buy fewer hours on it. We tell you the options before anything changes, and we change your hours only with your agreement.
• The new course costs less: you get more hours (rounded down), or you can keep the same hours.
• Bonus hours and other hours with no cash value move one for one.

Your classes

• We make the change only when you have no class in the next 8 hours.
• Booked classes stay booked when their teacher teaches the new course; the others are cancelled and the hour comes back to your package. You are told which.
• If your teacher does not teach the new course, you choose a new one when you next book.
• The classes you already had stay part of your old course. Your level on the new course starts from the level agreed with you.

Refunds afterwards

A later refund is worked out on your hours and their value after the change (Refund Policy 11.6). Your expiry date does not change. See the Student Terms, section 12A.
