Signing in

Learners sign in with their email; company test-takers use the username their HR team gave them.

Learners

Sign in on the Sign in page (otocourses.app/en/signin) with your email and password, not your phone number.

Taking a test for your company

Type the username your HR team gave you in the same box. If you have a test access code instead, press Start your test.

Company and HR teams

Use Company sign in (otocourses.app/en/company). Enter your work email and we'll send you a sign-in link. It works once and lasts 15 minutes.

Trouble signing in

• "That email or password isn't right": check both, or reset your password.
• "Too many tries": wait 15 minutes, then try again.
• "This account is not active": contact us on WhatsApp.

Signing out

Sign out signs you out of this browser only. To sign out everywhere, use Sign out of all devices on your Account page.
