Account and sign-in

A link asks me to sign in, or says the page isn't available

Most pages in the app are for signed-in members only: your classes, packages, payments, progress, lessons, the classroom, your notifications and your account. If you open a link to one of them, here is what you'll see and what to do.

"This page is for signed-in members"

You're not signed in (or your session has ended). The Sign in page opens and tells you which page you're going to, for example *Sign in to continue to My classes*.

1. Sign in with your email and password, Google, Apple, Facebook or a WhatsApp code. 2. You go straight back to the page the link pointed to, including what it had chosen (for example the course and package on a checkout link).

New to OTO Courses? Select Create an account on the same page; after confirming your email you come back to the same link.

If your session ends while a page is open, the page says You're signed out with a Sign in button that brings you back to it.

"This page isn't available to your account"

You're signed in, but the page is for another kind of account. Each account is one kind: a learner, a teacher, a parent, a company or the OTO team. The page tells you who you're signed in as and which kind of account the page is for.

  • Select Go to your home to go back to your own pages.
  • If you have a second account (for example a teacher who is also a learner), select Sign out and use another account, then sign in with the other one. You come back to the same link.

"This link isn't available"

The link has expired, has already been used, or belongs to another account (for example a receipt, a report or a class that isn't yours). For your privacy the page never says which.

  • If someone sent you the link, ask them for a new one.
  • If it should be yours, check that you're signed in with the right account.
  • Still stuck? Select Get help or contact support.
