Resetting your password

Ask for a reset link by email, then choose a new password.

Forgot your password?

• On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?, or go to otocourses.app/en/reset
• Enter your account email and press Send reset link.
• Open the link in the email and choose a new password of at least 10 characters.
• Sign in with your new password.

If nothing arrives, check your spam folder. For your security, we don't say whether an email address has an account. If the link has expired, ask for a new one.

Taking a test for your company?

If you sign in with a username from your HR team, your HR team resets your password for you.

Too many wrong tries lock sign-in for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
