Freezing, expiry and refunds

When your package expires

Every package has an expiry date, shown on the Packages page as "Valid until …": otocourses.app/en/app/packages

The rules

• Trial: 30 days. 8, 16 or 24 hours: 180 days. 32 hours: 240 days.
• A package ends at the end of its last day, Cairo time.
• Hours you haven't used by then, bonus hours included, are lost.
• A session must end before the package expires, so you can't book past that date.

Running short of time?

• Going away? Freeze the package once, for up to 30 days, and the expiry date moves out by those days.
• Book regularly. You can have up to 2 sessions a day and 6 a week with the same instructor.
• Message us on WhatsApp well before your expiry date if you need help planning your sessions.

An expired package shows as "Expired" with its date. To keep learning, buy a new package from the course page.
