Freezing, expiry and refunds

Freezing your package

Life gets busy. You can freeze each package once, for up to 30 days, and its expiry date moves out by the number of days frozen.

How to freeze

• Go to the Packages page: otocourses.app/en/app/packages
• Under the package, open Freeze this package.
• Choose the first and the last day (the last day is included), then press Freeze.

Your new expiry date shows straight away, with the frozen dates.

Before you freeze

• Cancel or move any sessions booked in that period first. Remember: change them at least 8 hours ahead to keep the hours.
• A freeze can't start in the past, and the package must still be valid on those days.
• You can't book sessions on frozen days.

A package that has already been frozen once can't be frozen again. Need more help? Message us on WhatsApp.
