When a learner moves to or from you

OTO operations can move a learner's package from one teacher to another: when the learner asks, when classes were missed or cancelled, when a teacher is no longer available, or after a quality review.

• Classes moved to you keep their date and time. They appear in your schedule and you get a notification. A class is moved to you only when you offer that hour and have no other class then.
• Classes moved away from you leave your schedule and you get a notification. They are not counted as your cancellations.
• A level is taught by at most 2 teachers, so you are offered a learner only when you would not be a third teacher in that level.
• Your pay follows the classes you teach, as always.
