My calendar and your calendar link

My calendar shows your classes by day, week, month or as an agenda list. Open it from Account. Times are in your time zone when we know it, otherwise Cairo time; the page says which.

Booking, moving and cancelling

• Book a class opens booking. The usual rules apply: at least 24 hours ahead, on the hour, between 8 am and midnight Cairo time.
• Select a class to see it. You can Join it from 10 minutes before, Move to another time (up to 8 hours before) or Cancel it. Cancelling 8 or more hours before gives the hour back; less than 8 hours uses the hour.

Your private calendar link

At the bottom of My calendar, Make a link and copy it. In Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, add a calendar "from URL" (subscribe) and paste it. Your classes then appear there and update by themselves (your calendar app checks about every hour).

• The link is shown once. Keep it private: anyone with it can see your class times and your teacher's first name.
• Make a new link stops the old one at once. Turn the link off stops it completely.

For a child, the parent chooses the child first and makes the child's link.
