Not seeing a teacher again (blocking a teacher)

If you would rather not study with a particular teacher, you can block them. A blocked teacher:

is no longer offered to you when you book or move a class;
is not shown to you in the teacher directory;
will not be in a group class you join.

How to block a teacher

1. Open Book a session and choose the teacher. 2. Press Don't show me this teacher and confirm.

If you still have classes booked with that teacher, cancel or move them first (the usual rules for changing a class apply). If the teacher was your teacher on a package, you will be asked to choose a new teacher the next time you book.

You can block up to 5 teachers. The teacher is not told that you blocked them.

How to unblock a teacher

On Book a session, open Teachers you blocked at the bottom of the page and press Unblock. The teacher is offered to you again straight away.

If something went wrong in a class

Blocking is a private choice. If a teacher behaved in a way you want us to know about, contact support as well: our team can look into it and, if needed, make sure you are never matched again.
