Signing in with the sign-in your parent gave you
If you are 13 to 15 and your parent gave you your own sign-in, you'll get an email from OTO Courses with a link to choose a password. The link works once and expires in 7 days; if it has expired, ask your parent to send it again.
After that, sign in with that email and your password. If you forget your password, select Forgot password on the sign-in page and type the same email.
What you can do
- See and join your classes, and book with the hours your parent bought.
- Read your class reports and see your progress.
- Message your teachers while you have an active package with them.
Good to know
- Your parent can read your messages and see your classes and progress. Your parent can also write to your teachers in your conversations; their messages are marked parent.
- Your parent buys your packages from their family account. You can't buy anything yourself.
- Your parent decides the consents (for example, transcripts of your classes). You can see them on your Home page under Your family account, but only your parent can change them.
- We use your email only to sign you in and to tell you about your classes, never for offers.
- Your parent can turn your sign-in off at any time.
