I was given a temporary password

Sometimes the OTO Courses team sets a temporary password on your account, for example to help you get started. You'll get an email when this happens; it never contains the password, so ask the person who set it.

1. Sign in with your email and the temporary password, on the website or in the app. 2. You'll be asked to choose your own password straight away: at least 10 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols, and not containing your name or email. 3. Select Save and continue. You're signed in, and every other device is signed out.

Until you choose your own password, nothing else in your account opens. If you didn't expect a temporary password, contact support straight away.
