Your rating from learners

After each class that took place, your learner (or a child's parent) can rate the class from 1 to 5 stars and add a comment. They can change it for 7 days.

On your dashboard

Your rating shows your average, as your public page counts it, and the newest comments learners wrote after a class here. You never see who wrote a rating.

On your public page

Your rating and learners' comments appear on your teacher page, with each comment shown as "A learner". Reviews moved from otocourses.com count too.

Fair ratings

OTO's support team reviews ratings and hides any that break our rules (for example, abuse or personal contact details); a hidden rating no longer counts. If you think a rating is unfair, contact OTO support through Help. Please don't ask learners about their ratings in class or in messages.
